Refund policy

HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

We accept returns within 7 days upon receipt of your order. We will apply a 15% restocking fee for non-damage/ non-defective items. Photos of the product are required to be submitted (via email) when initiating a return. Both standard shipping fee of $95 and white glove upgrade fee of $195 cannot be refunded after a completed delivery.

All refunds, full or partial, will be processed within 3-5 business days after the product has been picked up and is no longer in your possession. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment, and returns are subject to the policies set forth below.

RETURNS CONDITIONS

Items must be in usable condition to be eligible for return (for example: no stains, tears, or another soiling, including odors). Accepting returns is at the sole discretion of Abbyson’s judgment of the state of the items. Abbyson reserves the right to refuse any returns. Missing an appointment for a return to be picked up from your address may incur a fee. Additionally, items moved from their original delivery location may not be eligible for return. Abbyson may request descriptions and images to determine the state of the items prior to accepting returns. Lastly, failure to comply with requests, or failure to complete the returns process, may result in Abbyson’s refusal of return.

CANCELLATIONS

If your order hasn’t shipped and you’ve had a change of heart, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your purchase by contacting us at support@abbysonliving.com.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS

Abbyson stands behind the quality of our products and services we provide to our customers. Your concerns are very important to us, and we pride ourselves on making sure you are satisfied every time. If you have received a product that is either damaged or defective, please contact us – we ask that you report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your product. A Customer Experience Specialist will get in touch with you immediately.

EXCHANGES

Abbyson offers exchanges and replacements based on the nature of the issue. Additionally, we’re more than happy to help you order another product if your original order hasn't already shipped.


LAST CHANCE

Please be aware that any product labeled as Last Chance or Final Sale is non-refundable and cannot be returned or cancelled and no future credits or additional discounts can be applied after the order is placed. Furthermore, should any such item be refused or returned upon delivery, a restocking fee of 50% shall be applicable. In the interest of resolving any product concerns or issues, we encourage you to report them to Abbyson within 3 days of the delivery date. Failure to do so will result in the product being considered "received free and clear with no exceptions." Please note that all Outdoor Furniture Cover Sets and Battery Packs are also considered final sale and cannot be returned.

ABBYSON HOME MEMBERSHIP

All sales of Abbyson Home Membership are non-refundable and cannot be returned and no future credits or additional discounts can be applied after the order is placed.
