Driven by passion and perseverance, Yavar embodies the essence of Abbyson Living. His dedication and commitment to uphold Abbyson's prominent reputation and always setting the bar higher has reinvented the meaning of hard work. Yavar has rapidly gained national recognition for his success and has established successful titles of Internet entrepreneur, designer, industry advisor, consultant and a Five-Star Accreditation Business Chamber Board member.

With more than 15 years of business management experience, Yavar is committed to visionary and innovative oversight. He possesses an array of experience including design, public relations, team leadership, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, marketing, banking, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management. He also has management experience in strategic planning, internal controls, and business modeling.

Yavar has obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Comprehensive Political Science with a minor in business management education, paving the way for a proven record of increased efficiency and profitability, with more than 15 years of training experience and more than 5 years of retail business management experience. In addition to his business activities, Mr. Rafieha is extremely active in the greater Los Angeles community through his support of numerous charitable organizations.

In 2016, Yavar is listed on HFN's top 40 Under 40: Saluted Top Talent in the home industry. He was honored for Abbyson's ability to make it through the recession with a period of growth.

DODDY RAFIEHA

Executive Vice President

His meticulous nature combined with his decisive leadership makes Doddy the reason why Abbyson Living is thriving in the business world. He has a keen eye to detail that only allows excellence and quality to be the standard. Doddy's hardworking and perceptive characteristics along with his sharp mind have been a transformative force in revolutionizing the drop ship model within the home furnishing industry.

He has more than nine years of business management experience, specializing in design, product delivery, team leadership, manufacturing, e-commerce, marketing, banking, logistics, and inventory management. He is responsible for managing a vast array of comprehensive business practices at Abbyson Living, including strategic planning, internal controls, business modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

Doddy obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Comprehensive Business Management Education. He has more than eight years of training experience and more than seven years of international manufacturing experience. He has surpassed all business expectations by not only maintaining a proven record of increased efficiency, but by exceeding all records of profitability.

RODD RAFIEHA

Senior Vice President of Sales

Rodd is an Internet entrepreneur with exceptional knowledge and experience in sales and marketing. While other businesses were struggling during the 2008 Recession, Rodd put his creative mind and strategic business skills together and developed Abbyson Living's award winning Drop Ship program, taking the e-commerce world by storm. Abbyson Living grew exponentially and Rodd rapidly gained national recognition for his extraordinary aptitude. Time and time again Rodd has exemplified success in business management, operations, merchandising, brand development, and managing high volume at a national level.

An expert in the home furnishings wholesale market and sales channel distribution combined with extensive global experiences in the Asian and European Regions, Rodd is paving the way to reach remarkable levels of success. His areas of expertise include: Business development, Marketing, Customer Relations, Building New Relationships, Design, Executive management experience in strategic planning, sales forecasting. Rodd has obtained a Bachelor of Art Degree in Business Management Education. Rodd obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. He has more than eight years of training experience and more than five years of international manufacturing experience.

CHRIS BROTHERS

Board of Directors

Mr. Brothers began his career as an advisor on M&A and restructuring transactions at Salomon Brothers and Price Waterhouse. Mr. Brothers earned his MBA and BA degrees from Michigan State University after completing a five-year accelerated joint graduate/undergraduate program.

He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), the Young Presidents' Organization Private Equity Network International Chairman and serves on the board of RAND Corporation Center for Global Risk and Security and the investment committee for City of Hope.

NAEEM ARASTU

Board of Directors

Mr. Arastu was a Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management in its Global Principal Group where he represented his firm on six boards of directors and was involved in distressed for control and private equity investments spanning a number of sectors including energy, industrials, automotive, chemicals, technology and gaming.

Prior to joining Oaktree in 2006, Mr. Arastu worked in the Investment Banking Division at Credit Suisse focusing on leveraged finance. Mr. Arastu earned his M.B.A. with Distinction from Harvard Business School and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

LUCY ZHENG

Senior Associate

Ms. Zheng was an Associate at Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. where she focused on lower-middle market special situations and distressed debt investments spanning a number of sectors including industrials, automotive, rental equipment, retailing and consumer products.

Previously, Ms. Zheng worked as an Investment Analyst in the Merchant Banking Division of Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners in New York. Ms. Zheng earned a BS in Economics and a BA in Psychology from Duke University.

Dana Andrew, former Vice President of Global Marketing & Communications for International Market Centers—the world's largest operator of premier showroom space for the furnishings, home décor and gift industries—brings more than 16 years of expertise in brand building, marketing strategy and corporate communications to Abbyson Living's board of directors.

MIKE POLLARD

Special Advisor

After a 27-year successful career as the Vice President of Costco Wholesale, E-Commerce Operations, Mike Pollard brought Abbyson new comprehensive business practices that directly impacted the growth of the Abbyson Living organization and further matured the value of the brand. Mr. Pollard started with Price Club / Costco Wholesale in 1985 and held various management positions in Warehouse Operations, International, IT, and E-Commerce through 2013. Mr. Pollard played a significant role starting the Costco businesses in Korea, Taiwan, and Japan. Responsibilities included building construction, and training of initial in-country operations staff. More notably he played a key role starting and operating the Costco E-commerce businesses, Costco.com and Costco.ca, from start up through $2 billion in annual sales.
